In brief

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no content from third parties – not even fonts. The contact form is processed on our own server (see below).

Hosting and delivery

The website is operated by Atlaxis Digital Services GmbH, Hintere Grabenstraße 25, 72070 Tübingen, Germany, on a server in Tübingen. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

The website is delivered via the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. In doing so, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical details of the request in order to deliver the page quickly and securely and to fend off attacks. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and fast operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

The server itself logs the time, the page requested, the browser identifier and the status code of each request. These logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.

Contact by email or phone

If you write to us or call us, we process your details in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and delete them as soon as they are no longer needed for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, your message and – if provided – your phone number and the type of project in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The details are briefly stored on the server in Tübingen and forwarded to us by email; the copy on the server is deleted after 30 days. Your IP address is not stored. To prevent abuse, the server only briefly counts in memory how many messages come from one address. There are no captchas and no third-party services.

Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Houzz

The links to our profiles are simple links. Only when you click one do you leave this website; the privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
